SpiffySite was built on 15 years of hands-on experience helping brands find the perfect place to grow.

  • 2011:  Developed site selection strategies at a CRE firm for major retailers like Whole Foods, Dollar General, CVS, and Target. From building location packages to presenting market intelligence to executive teams, I’ve seen firsthand how clear, well-packaged data drives confident expansion decisions.

  • 2019: Began applying that same demographic insight to help guide church planters and community-focused work find new locations of service.

  • 2025: Broaden my scope — launching SpiffySite to serve franchises, developers, church planters, and growing brands with polished, custom location reports that are fast, focused, and ready to use.
